Department of Psychology

We are committed to providing students with knowledge of theories and research in the scientific study of behavior and mental activity.

Psychology students will learn the basic tools of psychological research and how to clearly communicate the results of scientific studies. Through internships, class projects, and independent research, students will have the opportunity to put learned psychological principles into practice. Through this combination of classroom and practical learning, the psychology program prepares students for graduate study or employment in psychology-related fields.
