Alumni Award Nomination Form

The deadline for nominations for the 2025 awards is March 28, 2025. If you wish to nominate multiple individuals, you MUST submit a form for each individual.

Distinguished Alumni Award

Be at least 35 years of age.
Have a continuing interest in Greensboro College.
Be active in the community and religious affairs.
Have demonstrated outstanding service or accomplishment in his/her personal or professional life.
Be present or represented at the alumni awards ceremony.

Alumni Excellence Award

Be at least 35 years of age.
Have contributed outstanding service and achievement as a humanitarian, professional or volunteer in his/her chosen endeavors.
Have demonstrated commitment, integrity, and success in his/her chosen endeavors.
Be present or represented at the alumni awards ceremony.

Young Alumni Award

Be younger than 35.
Have demonstrated outstanding service and achievement as a humanitarian, professional or volunteer in their chosen endeavors.
Have demonstrated commitment, integrity, and success in their endeavors.
Be present or represented at the alumni awards ceremony.
