  • Psychology Minor

    Students gain a basic understanding of core psychological terms, research methods, and conditions. Minors require 20 credits to complete.


  • Human Factors Minor

    This minor allows students to take what they learn about human capabilities or limitations and apply it to make products, services and systems safe, usable and effective.


  • Child and Family Studies Minor

    This minor provides a foundation for exploring the many factors that contribute to life experiences and shape an individual and family’s socioemotional development.


  • Chemistry Minor

    Pairing well with other natural science majors, students cover general chemistry, organic chemistry, and either biochemistry or analytical chemistry.


  • Mathematics Minor

    Students will learn the fundamentals of mathematical proofs and patterns as well as gain a deep understanding of how mathematics influences everyday life. The minor consists of five courses.


  • Data Science Minor

    A minor in data science provides students an introduction to the field by developing their quantitative abilities and technical skills that will prepare them to process, analyze and present data from different domains and sources, as well as give them broader skills immediately applicable to the workplace.     The minor in Health is a course of study designed to provide students with an understanding of up-to-date knowledge on a variety of health topics that will benefit students both personally and professionally.


  • Exercise Science Minor

    The minor in Exercise Science is a course of study designed to provide students with an understanding of the science of exercise and its effect on the athlete and exerciser alike.


  • Coaching Minor

    The minor in Coaching is a course of study designed to give students an understanding of the social and behavioral approaches to coaching. The minor will prepare students to have further knowledge that will aid them in their preparation for a coaching profession.


  • Accounting Minor

    Students gain a foundational understanding of key accounting practices within the industry. By adding an accounting minor, the additional fundamental accounting techniques alongside a different major is advantageous for staying competitive in the job market. Minors require 20 credits to complete.
