Greensboro College Music Department Presents Concert Feb. 25 by Three Ensembles
GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Greensboro College Department presents a lunchtime concert by three musical ensembles, 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, in Hannah Brown Finch Memorial Chapel.
The event is free and open to the public. Free parking is available in the lot behind the college’s Admissions Welcome Center at West Market Street and College Place.
The Woodwind Ensemble selections will include “Theme from ‘Mission Impossible’,” “Sometimes I Feel Like a Motherless Child” and “Gypsy Rondo.” The Men’s Ensemble will sing “Poor Man Laz’rus,” “You Are the New Day” and “I See the Heaven’s Glories Shine.”
The Brass Ensemble will be playing “Get Me To The church On Time,” “Somewhere Out There,” and “The Washington Post March.”
