Greensboro College’s Tannenbaum-Sternberger Colloquium Examines Challenges to Women with Careers Feb. 27
GREENSBORO, N.C. – Greensboro College’s Tannenbaum-Sternberger Colloquium Series will feature Cathleen Clerkin speaking on, “Backwards in High Heels: The Challenge of Navigating Careers While Female,” 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, in the Sternberger Center on the garden level of James Addison Jones Library on campus.
The event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow.
Clerkin is a member of the senior research faculty in global research and evaluation at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro.
The theme for the 2018-2019 colloquium series is, “The Informed Citizen.”
The Tannenbaum-Sternberger Foundation, which underwrites the series, is a private foundation that strives to improve the quality of life for the people of Guilford County, N.C., by funding projects that make a difference in the lives of the people in the community.
